Installation & commissioning
Service is provided by our certified service team and can be done as a full installation or with a commissioning engineer.

Order online the most common consumables and spare parts for direct delivery to your plant of simply call up our staff and order by phone. We can also offer spare part kits/packages selected to give you the best coverage for most unforeseen events..
Maintenance contract
Preventive maintenance contracts are available for a defined period using our local certified technicians. Benefit by protecting your capital investment!
Troubleshooting & repairs
Our expert field team, seasoned with experience and technical expertise is at your disposal on-site to face any challenge you may encounter. Repairs are completed on-site.
Rental units
Should you have a time limited need for a cooling tower during e.g. refurbishments, failure or… VIC maintains a fleet of cooling towers in the most popular frame size which can be rented for a limited time or you may also choose a “rent to buy” option.
